5 Easy Air Fryer Recipes You'll Absolutely Love

From crispy fries to cheese soufflé — 5 recipes that prove your air fryer can do so much more than just frying.

Got an air fryer (or thinking about getting one) and wondering what you can actually cook with it? Forget the classic fries — here are 5 recipes that will change the way you cook forever.

1. Crispy Fries "Delivery Style"

Time: 20 min | Temp: 200°C | Basket: Large (6.5lt)

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 medium potatoes, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions: Wash and thoroughly dry the potatoes. Toss with olive oil and spices. Place in the basket without stacking. Cook at 200°C for 20 minutes, shaking once halfway through.

💡 Tip: Soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes first — it removes starch and makes them crispier!


2. Falafel — Zero Oil!

Time: 15 min | Temp: 180°C | Basket: Small (3.5lt)

Ingredients:

  • 400g canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley, cumin, coriander, salt

Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Shape into balls or patties. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

💡 Tip: While the falafel cooks in the small basket, use the large basket to warm up pita bread — the DOMO handles both at once!


3. BBQ Chicken Wings

Time: 25 min | Temp: 200°C | Basket: Large (6.5lt)

Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions: Toss wings with spices and half the BBQ sauce. Cook at 200°C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. In the last 3 minutes, add a little more BBQ sauce.

4. Cheese Soufflé — In Just 12 Minutes!

Time: 12 min | Temp: 160°C | Basket: Small (3.5lt)

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 50g grated graviera cheese
  • Salt, pepper, herbs

Instructions: Beat the eggs. Mix in the cheeses and seasoning. Pour into buttered ramekins. Cook at 160°C for 12 minutes.


5. Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables

Time: 15 min | Temp: 180°C | Basket: Large (6.5lt)

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil, thyme, garlic

Instructions: Cut vegetables into chunks. Toss with olive oil, thyme, and garlic. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.

💡 Tip: Combine with falafel in the small basket — a complete meal in just 15 minutes!
