PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for purchasing products from our website can be made using the following methods:

a) Payment via Credit/Debit Card:

Payment by Credit Card: In its online store, Kooqie IKE accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and DINERS. All payments made with a card are processed through the National Bank of Greece’s NBG electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.

b) Payment upon delivery to your location (Cash on Delivery):

Pay our company’s partner upon delivery of your order to your location. The Cash on Delivery payment method is available for cities across Greece, without restrictions, with an additional charge of only €1.50.

Cash on Delivery is not supported for orders exceeding 15 kilograms in weight.

Payment by Cash on Delivery requires settlement in cash at the time of delivery. Please note that there is a high possibility that the delivery agent may not have a POS card reader available.

According to applicable tax regulations, documents with a value exceeding €1,500 (including VAT) issued to private individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents with a value exceeding €500 (excluding VAT) issued to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be settled ONLY by the following methods:

Charge to a credit or debit card

c) Payment via Bank Transfer

And please send us a copy of the bank payment order to [email protected] , including your order number so that identification can be completed quickly and easily. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we will proceed with processing your order.

d) Payment in cash and collection from the store

You can visit and collect the product you wish quickly and easily from our premises in Athens and pay in cash.

e) Via MasterPass

MasterPass is a platform where all digital wallets are integrated for completing online purchases. Simply, easily, and securely, the banks’ digital wallets are integrated into MasterPass, and with one click on the “MasterPass” or “Buy with MasterPass” button, you are taken directly to checkout. You can add all types of cards, including credit, debit, prepaid, and reward cards.
